Awaiting surgery to have a brain tumor removed, little Danny received a special surprise on Easter Sunday: a visit from the beloved Chick-fil-A Cow

I am not sure why God is so good to us but we are so filled with joy as we get to celebrate Easter and the resurrection of Christ. It may be a week late by date but should we ever stop celebrating this event?

Danny’s father, Joey Agee, shared footage of the visit on his Facebook page over the weekend. Thanks to the help of his nurse, Jenny Pearce, Danny got chicken nuggets hand-delivered to him in the hospital by a local Chick-fil-A manager and the restaurant’s mascot. Earlier this month, Danny was diagnosed with craniopharyngioma. According to his mother, Mandy, it is “a rare type of noncancerous (benign) brain tumor.” “Craniopharyngioma begins near the brain’s pituitary gland, which secretes hormones that control many body functions,” she explained. “As a craniopharyngioma slowly grows, it can affect the function of the pituitary gland and other nearby structures in the brain.” Danny got to have his […]
