‘whose minds the god of this age (Satan) has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. ‘

This is a spiritual battle against men and women building strongholds held up with the power of the god of this world Satan. Only the power of God’s Word (Ephesians 6:17) yielded by godly men and women can crush these strongholds. Only the Truth of God’s Word can defeat the power of Satan. Truth vs. the lie and truth always wins but we need to use the weapons that God has provided Christians. His Word!
‘For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.’
II Corinthians 10:4-6

“Let us demand that humans be judged for their actions,” she said.
No one is required to participate in assembly invocations. Assembly members Norm Blakeley and Paul Fischer stepped out of the assembly chambers, along with chief of staff James Baisden and Mayor Charlie Pierce — as well as a handful of audience members.
