Salvation is Mind Boggling Just think about it, the Creator the Universe saved us without even having to check us out, running a background check or testing our Biblical acuity.
- If we Believe what God says if we believe “the gospel” He saves us. That’s it!
- God reconciled the whole world to Himself through His Son Jesus Christ without taking a second look at any of us! That’s Unmerited Grace.
- Don’t let anyone steal the joy of your “salvation”. If you believe the gospel you are saved. There is no Scripture support for God being a liar.
- If God promised salvation to those that believe by faith in the gospel of grace ( 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 ) then that’s what He means. If you truly believe that Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead.
Namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
2 Corinthians 5:1819 For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, 20 and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven.
