“Planned Parenthood aborts 360 Blacks every day,” the billboards state. “Help us.” According to the pro-life organizations, the billboards are located in Philadelphia, Detroit, Phoenix, Atlanta and Charlotte. They expect to add more in other cities in the coming weeks. The Rev.
