An Illinois abortion facility that makes its living aborting viable, later-term unborn babies has a new billboard advertising to women in Missouri.
“Welcome to Illinois, where you can get a safe, legal abortion,” the billboard by Hope Clinic for Women says. It is located on Interstate 55/64 near the state border, according to the Riverfront Times . The abortion facility hopes to target women from Missouri, where abortions are more heavily restricted than in Illinois. It does abortions up to 24 weeks on viable, healthy unborn babies.
