Last night, the Texas 5th Court of Appeals denied the Pardo family’s request for their medically fragile son Drake to be returned to them after state officials seized him over two months ago.
The saga began when Daniel and Ashley Pardo filed a complaint against a doctor who was treating Drake and asked for a second opinion. The Texas 5th Court of Appeals denied the family’s request for emergency relief forcing them to bring the case to the Texas Supreme Court.
