Abortion Activists Claim This Billboard of an Unborn Baby Somehow Harasses Women

September 30, 2019

In an outrageous series of events, a pro-abortion British lawmaker slammed a pro-life billboard as “harassment” for displaying the image of a nine-week unborn baby and then praised people for vandalizing it.

British Labour MP Stella Creasy is leading an effort to force Northern Ireland to legalize the killing of unborn babies for any reason up to 24 weeks. Northern Ireland is the last place on the British Isles that protects unborn babies from abortion, and pro-lifers throughout the UK have been peacefully protesting Creasy’s actions.

Recently, the Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform posted billboards in Creasy’s district of Walthamstow, displaying the image of a nine-week-old unborn baby and drawing attention to the abortion issue, the Daily Mail reports.

The image shows the baby’s tiny hands and feet, eyes, nose and ears. Abortion activists slammed it as misleading, claiming the baby must be older than nine weeks; but even the world-renowned Mayo Clinic states that by nine weeks, a baby’s “arms grow and elbows appear. Toes are visible and eyelids form.”

Creasy slammed the billboard as a form of “harassment” on Twitter, and urged the advertising company to remove it. She also asked city police to investigate, according to the report.

On Monday, she posted a photo on Twitter showing that one of the billboards had been vandalized – and then praised the vandals for their crime.

“I would rather @CCUK_Direct took this advert down, the @metpoliceuk acted to stop the harassment and @patel4witham brought in buffer zone legislation to deal with these people in first place – but in the mean time seems Walthamstow has my back ..#lovewalthamstow #hatebullies,” Creasy wrote.

According to the pro-life organization’s website, they created the Stop Stella billboard campaign to urge her to “stop promoting human rights abuses of children in the womb.”

“We are saturating Walthamstow, MP Stella Creasy’s constituency, with the humanity of the unborn child and the reality of abortion,” the group states. “We are highlighting the humanity of the unborn child on billboards and advertising kiosks around Walthamstow.”

However, Stylist reports the advertising company Clear Channel recently also gave into Creasy’s demands and agreed to remove the ads.

“We apologise for a recent billboard campaign in Walthamstow,” the company said in statement. “We have removed this campaign and are reviewing our internal processes.”

The billboards received a lot of attention online after Creasy slammed them as “harassment” in a series of tweets.

She criticized the police for thinking the billboards are “just ‘free speech’ and not the harassment of women,” and accused them of letting people criticize her point of view because she is a politician.

Her tweets attracted the attention of fellow pro-abortion politicians and celebrities as well. London Mayor Sadiq Khan described the billboards as “sickening.”

“Whilst the right to peaceful protest must be respected, behaviour that deliberately targets women for harassment and intimidation should not be tolerated,” he wrote on Twitter.

Actress Jameela Jamil also slammed the billboards for showing the image of an unborn child, according to Stylist.

“What are we doing about this blatant harassment?” Jamil tweeted to the advertising company. “It’s triggering to women who suffer miscarriages, it’s factually incorrect; and this ‘freedom of speech’ is attempting to curtail the freedom of women to choose what to do with their own bodies.”

Abortion activists are offended by the truth, and it’s becoming increasingly clear that they will use violence and intimidation to shut down free speech to keep others from hearing it, too.

THE GOOD NEWS

SALVATION

Salvation is a FREE GIFT from God. SALVATION IS BY FAITH ALONE & FAITH IS BELIEVING WHAT GOD SAYS.

  1. God declares all mankind sinners and we all fall short of Glory of God. Romans 3:23
  2. The payment for our sin is death. Romans 6:23
  3. But God…because he loved you so much sent His own Son, Jesus Christ, to die in your place, for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead three days later. 1 Cor 15:1-42cor 5:21

All God asks is that you believe by faith alone in 1, 2, & 3. That you’re a sinner, separated from God but God sent his Son to die for your sins, was buried & rose again 3 days later.

‘that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. ‘

Romans 10:9
