The Scripture is crystal clear when it comes to women leading or Pastoring a Church. The Lord Jesus makes it clear that women are prohibited from teaching men, preaching and taking a leadership role in the Church.
Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet.
1 Timothy 2:11-12
